How do I get in touch?

The best way for existing customers to contact us at Giftify is to reach out directly to your Account Manager.

For support, log into MyPortal by clicking ‘Log in’ at the top of this page. Here, you will be able to start a chat directly with our support team or open a ticket, as well as accessing our customer knowledge base.

I can’t remember my password, what do I do?
